Grand Dunman, a 99-year leasehold condo on Dunman Road in District 15 Singapore saw an impressive take-up rate of 54.6% on its launch weekend (15th -16th July). Developed by SingHaiyi Group and CSC Land Group, the project sold 550 out of 1,008 units with the average selling price being roughly around $2,500 psf.

The success of this project can be attributed to a variety of factors. For instance, the developers provided a wide selection of units ranging from one-bedroom, two-bedroom to three-bedroom including dual-key units. 70% of the sold units were below $3 million.
