CDL and MCL Land to launch Tembusu Grand in Katong at prices from $2,296 psf
On April 8 this year, CDL’s and MCL Land’s latest project, Tembusu Grand, will make its much-awaited debut. It will mark the third collaboration between the two developers, following the 407-unit Piccadilly Grand at Farrer Park and 639-unit Copen Grand at Tengah which were launched last year.
Situated along Jalan Tembusu in District 15, the 638-unit condominium sits on a 210,622 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site. Featuring four blocks of 20 and 21 storeys and north-south orientation, Tembusu Grand offers a wide selection of from one bedroom plus study units to 5-bedroom penthouses.
Prices begin from $1.248 million ($2,368 psf) for a one-bedroom plus study right up to $4.028 million ($2,354 psf) for a five-bedroom unit. On top of this, Tembusu Grand was awarded the Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification for its energy and water-efficient design and green features.
