V-ZUG opens flagship showroom at ION Orchard; offers 10-year warranty on new products

A new beacon in luxury appliance shopping has been launched in Singapore: The V-ZUG Experience Centre at ION Orchard. Located on the second floor of the mall, this new showroom replaces the previously located Zugorama at Scotts Square, and ensures that buyers come away with a comprehensive view of the high-end kitchen and laundry appliances that V-ZUG has to offer.

The showroom was designed by Gabriel Castelló Pinyon, V-ZUG’s Head of Brand Displays and International Markets, in collaboration with Peter Tay of Peter Tay Studio. Special consideration has been given to sustainability, with Inalco flooring that was created through a resource-efficient process.

A smart LED lighting system illuminates the space, while existing items from the Zugorama showroom were repurposed at the V-ZUG Experience Centre.

At the showroom’s launch in March, V-ZUG unveiled an impressive range of new products, such as the Grand, Combi-Cooktop, Supreme CombiCooler, Supreme Wine Cooler, Cooktop V4000 I904, Tengah Plantation EC CombiMiwell and AdoraDish with a whopping 10-year warranty.

Angeline Yap, V-ZUG’s Managing Director for Singapore and Southeast Asia, expressed her excitement: “Our new showroom is our way of creating a haven for our customers to retreat to and find out more about how V-ZUG can complement their busy lifestyles.”

The experience itself is also something memorable. Customers who purchase a V-ZUG appliance will receive two-year access to the Gourmet Academy, a free program that houses workshops and culinary masterclasses at the new showroom.

The V-ZUG Experience Centre is open 10am to 10pm daily, and it’s sure to become one of the top retail destinations in Singapore’s luxurious Orchard area.
