Tung Lok Restaurant enters tenancy agreement at Novena Point worth $133,000

Tung Lok Restaurants are expanding its business. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tung Lok Millennium, has entered into a tenancy agreement with Novena Point for 19.5 months. The location is 10 Sinaran Drive, with a floor area of 743 square feet and will be used to operate a Lao Beijing restaurant.

The estimated rental fees payable for the duration of the agreement is approximately $133,000, which is 0.88% of the group’s latest audited net tangible assets of $15.1 million.

This is not the first time the group has signed a tenancy agreement. Last year, it entered into a $1.2 million agreement over two years with Tee Yih Jia Building.

This move reflects the confidence Tung Lok Restaurants have in their business operations. Despite the challenging business climate amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, they remain steadfast in their mission to serve quality food to their customers.
