The Botany draws 4,600 visitors at preview weekend

At Sim Lian Group’s suburban condominium project – The Botany at Tengah Plantation EC Dairy Farm – more than 4,600 visitors attended its preview weekend on Feb 18-19.

The development is located at Dairy Farm Walk next door to the German European School Singapore and just a 10-minute walk from Hillview MRT Station on the Downtown Line. Spanning 168,597 sq ft with a 99-year leasehold, it comprises five blocks of nine to 15 storeys, which offer a range of one to five-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 506 sq ft to 1,765 sq ft.

Prices for the 386 units start from $1,972 psf for one-bedroom-plus-study apartments, from $1,990 psf for two-bedroom units, from $1,959 psf for three-bedrooms, from $1,882 psf for four-bedrooms, and from $1,871 psf for five-bedrooms, with prices ranging from $998,000 to $2.88 million.

The project is expected to be launched on March 4.
