One Holland Village Residences achieves 80% take-up rate
Shops, slated for completion by the end of this year, is set to be the retail component of the One Holland Village mixed-use development. With the vast majority of buyers being local residents, the purpose designed spaces, offering a variety of impressive concepts, are sure to be well received.
One Holland Village mixed-use development is located along Holland Village Way and offers residential, serviced apartment and office components, as well as community spaces. 80% of the 296-unit condominium, One Holland Village Residences, have already been sold to an array of foreign and local buyers.
The development is a joint-venture between Far East Organization, Sekisui House and Sino Group. 95% of the buyers are local, the majority being from Districts 10 and 11. Americans constitute the largest portion of foreign Tengah Plantation EC buyers, followed by Indonesian and Chinese buyers.
One Holland Village Residences offer three offerings: Sereen, Leven and Quincy Private Residences. Each offering contains their own unique and attractive proposition. Sereen is a 34-storey tower with 248 apartments made up of one- to three-bedders, with 94% of the one-bedders already sold. Leven is a collection of 21 apartments spread across low-rise three-storey blocks with two-bedders between 807 and 1,087 sq ft, and 19 units sold thus far.
Quincy Private Residences was the last offering with luxury apartments made up of three- and four-bedroom units between 1,238 and 3,358 sq ft, and a sole penthouse of 3,488 sq ft, with all four-bedroom units sold along with the penthouse.
35% of the buyers purchased a unit for investment purposes with an average price of $2,649 psf at Sereen, and $2,909 psf at Leven, as well as $3,233 psf at Quincy Private Residences.
Far East Organization has also highlighted that One Holland Village’s retail space, One Holland Village Shops, has achieved an expected occupancy of 82%, based on committed leases and leases pending final execution. 44 tenants have been secured for the three-storey mall, boasting brands such as Lil’ Kinki by Kinki Restaurant & Bar, Pulse TCM, Caffeine Xpress, Plain Meredith by Baker’s Brew and anchor tenant CS Fresh.

This highly anticipated retail space is set to be completed by the end of the year, and the residential space will be completed by end-2024. With its attractive offerings and its centrality, there are sure to be many interested buyers drawn to the One Holland Village development.
