CBRE appoints new Pacific head of capital markets
Flint Davidson has been appointed by CBRE as the head of its Capital Markets in the Pacific region, and he is also joining the company’s Pacific executive committee. This was reported in a press release on March 21.
With five years of experience leading the capital markets office business of CBRE Pacific, Flint has had an extensive career. He has been working with CBRE since 1997.

Phil Rowland, CEO of CBRE Pacific Advisory Services, remarks, “ Following an extensive internal and external search, Flint was the standout candidate to lead our world-class capital markets team.”
Due to his expertise, Davidson has already brokered transactions such as the A$1.15 billion acquisition of a 49.9% stake in Investa Gateway Offices by Link REIT, the A$1.025 billion sale of a 50% stake in Southern Cross Towers in Melbourne, and the A$925 million sale of a half-share in Grosvenor Place in Sydney.
In 2022, CBRE’s Capital Markets business topped the MSCI Real Assets rankings in Australia, taking up a 28.4% market share. Flint Davidson will continue to lead office deals, but will also be expanding his focus to other key parts of CBRE’s Capital Markets business.
