The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has set aside a site at Tengah Plantation Close for the development of an Executive Condominium (EC) project. The development, which is expected to yield 495 units, will feature a suite of green initiatives to create a sustainable environment.

The EC project will be the first in Singapore to be built using prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) technology. This method of construction has been proven to reduce construction waste and offer a quicker construction timeline.
