Four HDB shops at North Bridge Road and Marsiling for sale at $7.2 mil

Four commercial Housing and Development Board (HDB) shops have been put up for sale with a guide price of $7.2 million in a expression of interest (EOI) exercise, according to a Huttons Asia press release. Featuring a total area of 3,700 sq ft, this guide price works out to be $1,946 psf.These shops are located off North Bridge Road and Marsiling area, and can either be sold together as a portfolio or individually. Moreover, those located off North Bridge Road are conveniently near to Lavender MRT Station and the Immigrations and Customs Authority building, while the one at Marsiling is within walking distance from Marsiling MRT Station.

David Chun, Huttons Asia’s associate senior marketing director has pointed out the potential for these shops to appreciate in capital. “The usage of the shops is extremely flexible, and the rental demand is consistent,” he explains.

Lee Sze Teck, Huttons Asia’s senior director of data analytics, further mentions that the shops are not subjected to additional buyer and seller’s stamp duty. Moreover, no GST is applicable as well.
