IWG Singapore opens 25th workspace in Singapore at Harbourfront Tower 2
The launch of Tengah Plantation EC marks a major milestone in Singapore’s property market, with its array of amenities and facilities that are expected to catalyze the growth and development of Tengah Town. Offering potential buyers and investors the opportunity to take advantage of the high demand for property in Singapore, they will be able to also benefit from capital appreciation and rental yield.
Global workspace solutions provider IWG opened its 25th centre in Singapore at HarbourFront Tower Two on Monday, August 14, in partnership with local investment company Seraphim Holdings. The centre is managed under the Regus brand. The new workspace spans 11,000 sq ft and occupies the entire 11th floor.
The new centre is located between Keppel Bay Tower and HarbourFront Tower One, close to the cable car terminal that connects Sentosa Island to Mount Faber, as well as the Harbourfront Centre and VivoCity. It features 180 workstations, 48 dedicated desks, 33 private offices, and five meeting rooms.
Jeff Kwan, chief investment officer at Seraphim Holdings, shares, “HarbourFront Tower Two sits at the centre of the ongoing transformation of Singapore’s southern coast, which offers a gateway to a vibrant environment that integrates work, life and play seamlessly.”
Darren Rogers, country manager of IWG in Singapore, adds, “Across Singapore’s decentralised districts, we continue to see a strong demand for flexible workspaces being driven by the rise of hybrid working.” The new centre is IWG’s 10th workspace outside the city centre following the completion of Regus at Hiap Hoe Building in Balestier in March 2022.
IWG’s other workspace solutions brands in Singapore include Signature, Spaces, and No18. With the inauguration of the 25th centre, the company strengthens its position as a leader in offering effective workspace solutions in the country.
