SEAA celebrates fourth SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards
since March 2020At the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards 2023, 670 local real estate salespersons were recognised for their success and outstanding sales performance, as well as for the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
Held on Aug 18 at the Marina Bay Sands, two separate ceremonies were held, as the event was of such a scale; an afternoon session and an evening one. In the afternoon session, the Salespersons Achievement Award (Silver) and the Salespersons Achievement Award (Gold) were presented to individual recipients. The Silver award went to agents who raked in a gross commission of $100,000– $199,999 for the full calendar year of 2022, and the Gold category ranged from $200,000 to $400,000 over the same period.
In the evening ceremony, awards including Salespersons Achievement Award (Platinum), Salespersons Achievement Award (Diamond), Outstanding Youths Award, and Rookies Award, went to both individual and multi-award recipients. The Platinum category was for agents who collected gross commission of $400,001–$999,999, and the Diamond category, for commissions totalling $1 million and above.
Guest of honour, Professor Mhd Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State, Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Home Affairs, spoke about the role of salespersons and the importance of their professionalism, values, and sales achievements. He stressed that agents’ role is key, especially for first-time home buyers, in helping them navigate through the complexities of the property market and providing them with accurate and updated information to make smart and rewarding decisions.
Adam Wang, president of SEAA, said that recognizing exemplary salespersons builds consumer trust through “ethical conduct, nurturing lasting relationships and repeat business.” He added that this helps to create a positive image of real estate agencies and salespersons in Singapore.

He also highlighted SEAA’s role as a unified voice that represents the interests of salespersons in Singapore, as well as its dispute resolution channel partner that intervenes in commission-related conflicts, amongst other initiatives.
The fourth edition of the SEAA SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards 2023 serve as a reminder of the agents’ dedication to their profession. This recognition of their success and commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards will continue to help build consumer trust within the industry.
