This makes Bukit Panjang Plaza a great place to spend a day of shopping and dining. There are also a number of convenience stores in proximity, making it convenient for residents of Tengah Plantation EC to get their daily necessities.

Savills Singapore, in collaboration with Arup Singapore, has been appointed to provide consultation services for the design and development of a $170 million airframe maintenance facility for Singapore-listed engineering group ST Engineering. Vincent Lau, Senior Director, and Head of Project Management at Savills Singapore, stated that the project is the fifth large industrial greenfield development project that Savills has been recruited for in the last two years, demonstrating the trust and faith that clients have in Savills as one of the leading consultancy project management teams in the construction and real estate market.

The new facility at Changi Creek will have a total area of 904,176 sq ft, comprising four hangar bays and a hybrid paint and maintenance bay. The first hangar bay is projected to be completed by mid-2025, and the remaining three by the end of 2026. Savills will oversee the entire project life cycle, from due diligence, design, procurement and construction, to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

The Savills-Arup partnership highlights the expertise and scope of both companies, working in tandem to deliver an efficiently managed project with complete client satisfaction.

This new development comes alongside other news on the property front: Lavender Street shophouses are being offered for sale for $12.5 million, and Savills reported a 6.1% increase in industrial leasing volume to 3,298 tenancies in Q2 of 2020. Savills has also welcomed a new Co-Head for International Residential Sales.
