New psf-price high of $3,322 set at The M, now over 99% sold
A record-breaking psf-price of $3,322 was set at The M, and the project is now 99% sold. Meanwhile, a unit at Amber Park fetched over $3,000 psf on the back of strong demand in the Amber Road neighbourhood, and Myra is now fully sold after two units were transacted for under $2,000 psf.
At The M, a 527 sq ft one-bedroom plus study unit was sold for a record-breaking $3,322 per sq ft on Oct 17, setting a new psf-price high for the project since its launch in February 2020. The unit, which was sold by developer Wing Tai Asia for $1.75 million, beat the previous high set at the project when a 592 sq ft two-bedder, on the 19th floor, was sold for $1.94 million ($3,277 psf) on Feb 23. Despite the uncertain market environment of the Covid-19 pandemic at its initial sales phase, The M recorded relatively consistent sales momentum and is now 99% sold to-date.

The most expensive unit at Myra is a 1,313 sq ft, four-bedroom unit, which was sold for $3.08 million (2,345 psf) in May.
