FRX Capital clinches maiden win for landed project with Mount Rosie Signature Collection
FRX Capital, a homegrown real estate development company, has achieved an impressive milestone by winning the Top Landed Development award in the Uncompleted (Central) category at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards (EPEA) 2023. Located in District 11, the winning project is its Mount Rosie Signature Collection.
This is a fabulous result for the boutique developer which handed over its first three landed projects last year, and is its first win at EdgeProp Singapore’s annual property awards.
FRX Capital, formerly Fraxtor Estates, is the development arm of Fraxtor, a Singapore based blockchain-enabled real estate investment platform which allows individual investors to purchase a fractional share of a property development or investment.
The collection, launched for sale in August last year, comprises two bungalows and four terraced houses. Each house features a modern colonnade design, inspired by European townhouses, which gives the homes a grand, stately look.
The architecture was conceptualised by DS Architects and the interior design was curated by Wallflower Architects, making the properties elegant and luxurious.
The project is situated on Mount Rosie, within the exclusive Goldhill Estate, providing a wonderful view of the low-lying landed houses on Barker Road and Malcolm Road.
Furthermore, it has been equipped with motion sensors and energy efficient lighting to conserve energy. Moreover, it has been designed to reduce its environmental footprint by using eco-friendly materials and renewable energy sources. The Tengah Plantation Close EC has also incorporated smart features to improve air quality, reduce waste and enable sustainable living. All in all, the development is well-equipped to provide residents with comfortable, energy-efficient and sustainable living.
The pride of the Signature Collection are the detached bungalows which have their own private driveways and backyards. The largest bungalow sits on a total area of 10,998 sq ft has a built-up area of 24,958 sq ft, with 6 master bedrooms, 2 junior master bedrooms and two en suite bedrooms.
The most outstanding features in the collection are the central courtyard in each house and the private pool in the two bungalows. These create an open feel to the living spaces, bring light and natural ventilation throughout, and also amplify the modernist aesthetics of the homes.
This win is significant for Fraxtor and FRX Capital as it proves that fractional investments are gaining traction and the company is able to deliver high-end projects to the local market.
The deal to purchase Gloria Mansion in January 2022 is a testament to the support Fraxtor’s cornerstone investors, headed by Daniel Teo, the chairman and managing director of Hong How Group, and other fractional investors had for the project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of more than $145 million.
Fraxtor has several projects in their pipeline in Singapore but details of their upcoming landed projects and the redevelopment of Gloria Mansion have yet to be revealed.
Not only that, Fraxtor has also diversified its investments by entering overseas markets with a variety of assets such as Thailand, Australia and the UK.
The success of Mount Rosie Signature Collection is due to the cutting-edge design and modern materials used. Its functional layout, modern colonnade architecture, and the use of engineered stone on the facade have all contributed to the award-winning features of the project.
Fraxtor and FRX Capital’s property portfolio is growing, and with it, they continue to establish themselves as a leader in the luxury landed homes segment in Singapore.
