Real estate agency Mindlink Groups to acquire Century 21 Singapore
Mindlink Groups, a real estate agency in Singapore, is merging with Century 21 Singapore – owned by US-based Century 21 Real Estate, a subsidiary of New York-listed Anywhere Real Estate – pending final approval from Century 21 Real Estate. The merger is set to create a powerful combined entity with a combined sales force of around 600 salespersons.
Founder and Key Executive Officer of Mindlink Groups, Chow Yi Tong, will assume the role of Group Chairman, overseeing the merged entity. Established in 1998, Century 21 Singapore is part of a global real estate franchise chain with over 14,250 offices across 85 countries and territories. Over the years, it has grown through a series of M&A with smaller firms that have become its franchisees, and currently has 16 franchisees and more than 500 members.
Mindlink Groups, on the other hand, has around 100 salespersons. With the acquisition of Century 21 Singapore by Mindlink Groups, these two powerful entities will join forces to form one strong real estate agency.
