Frasers Property appoints new CEO of Frasers Hospitality, makes other key executive changes
On Feb 1st, both the Frasers Property Group and its Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) stapled group announcement new changes in their leadership benches. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property, will be succeeded by Eu Chin Fen as the CEO of Frasers Hospitality. This announcement has been covered in a Jan 13th press release.
Eric Gan will be responsible for the overall business, investment, and operational strategies of FHT, FH-REIT and FH-BT. He was previously the CFO of the manager for FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT and will now be succeeding Eu as the CEO of both of these. Meanwhile, Liu Qingbin will be the head of finance for the manager of FH-REIT and the trustee-manager of FH-BT, reporting to Eric Gan. His responsibility will be the financial and capital management of FHT, FH-REIT, and FH-BT.
Eu’s appointment was made before the changes to both the Frasers Property Group and the Frasers Hospitality Trust’s leadership Tengah Plantation EC benches. In this new role, she will be directly reporting to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi and be responsible for the group’s hospitality business unit.
