Les Maisons Nassim, located on Nassim Road in prime District 10, has achieved a full sell-out after two more units were sold in a deal brokered by PropNex Realty. Prices of units sold have ranged from $4,953 psf for the second largest penthouse of 12,066 sq ft, sold in March 2022, to a record $6,210 psf for the largest penthouse, which was purchased for $75 million in October 2021.The four-bedroom units at the low-rise, five-storey, freehold project range from 6,049 sq ft, catering to those looking for units for their own use. The average price of units sold across the board is $5,559 psf.Dominic Lee, head of the luxury team at PropNex, attributes the success of the project to its location in Nassim Road, and to the large format units which, he claims, surpasses the expectations of buyers not entirely focused on price. Bruce Lye, founder and managing partner of SRI, is also convinced that this 100% sell-out of the creme de la creme condo proves the strong demand for prime quality homes.Les Maisons Nassim is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, and with these two units sold, all 14 of them are spoken for.
The dream of living at Les Maisons Nassim, a freehold luxury condo located on Nassim Road in prime District 10, looks set to become a reality. This creme de la creme condo has achieved a full sell-out after two more units were sold in a deal brokered by PropNex Realty on June 27, 2023.
These two units included a four-bedroom unit of 6,092 sq ft on the first floor which fetched a price of $30.765 million ($5,050 psf). The buyer of the slightly larger four-bedroom unit of 6,179 sq ft, located directy above on the second floor, paid $32.749 million ($5,300 psf).
With the two deals finalised, all 14 units at Les Maisons Nassim have been sold. The project had launched just two years prior, in May 2021, and since then prices have ranged from a low of $4,953 psf for a 12,066 sq ft penthouse in March 2022, to a record $6,210 psf for the largest penthouse which was purchased for $75 million in October 2021.
The average price of all units sold across the board is $5,559 psf. Mention must be made of the smallest of the three penthouses, an 11,227 sq ft unit which sold for a price of $68 million ($6,057 psf) in October 2022.
