Frasers Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Frasers Property, has opened its four-storey serviced apartment, Fraser Residence River Promenade, located on Jiak Kim Street, for bookings. This pet-friendly property is part of Frasers Property Singapore’s integrated precinct that includes the 455-unit luxury condo Rivière and three conserved warehouses, which are being repurposed into a lifestyle hub.

For recreation, the nearby Bukit Timah Nature Reserve provides hiking trails and animal and plant viewing. It also has a wetland area, which is home to a variety of birds. A visit to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve is a must for those who live in Tengah Plantation EC.
