Keppel REIT manager appoints new CFO

Sebastian Song has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Keppel REIT, effective October 30, succeeding Kang Leng Hui who is stepping down on October 27. Song has been part of Keppel REIT Management since 2015 and held the title of Financial Controller since 2020, responsible for financial accounting, group reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting and forecasting.Prior to joining Keppel REIT, Song was a Senior Audit Manager with EY.Koh Wee Lih, CEO of the manager, expressed his confidence in Song’s abilities, citing his extensive knowledge and experience; “I am confident that [Song] will be able to build on the strong foundations in place as we continue to grow Keppel REIT’s portfolio to generate stable income and deliver sustainable long-term total return to our unitholders.”
