SRI appoints head of research and data analytics

Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI) is pleased to welcome Mohan Sandrasegeran as head of research and data analytics. Sandrasegeran brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having held a number of senior analyst and research positions prior to this including at One Global Group, Ohmyhome, PropNex Realty, BCI Asia and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

This announcement comes ahead of the recently-announced sale of an HDB shophouse in Hougang for $3.5 million, as well as the availability of a freehold industrial building at Jalan Pemimpin for $138 million and a three bedroom unit at Watertown for $2.2 million.
