HDB shophouses in Singapore are up for sale via expression of interest (EOI) with a guide price of “around $21.1 million”. The portfolio consists of four two-storey shophouses located on Hougang Street 21, Bedok North Street 1, Marine Parade Central, and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6.

This portfolio is ideal for investors looking for ready income, suggests Esther Sim, Senior Manager for Capital Markets (Land and Buildings, International Real Estate) at Knight Frank. The shophouses are currently tenanted and available with tenancies.

The shophouse on Hougang Street 21 features a strata area of 2,325 sq ft and has approximately 54 years remaining on its lease. It is conveniently located five-minutes away from Kovan MRT Station.

The Bedok North Street 1 shophouse spans 1,604 sq ft and has an estimated 59-year leasehold tenure.
