Freehold condo Botanika reaches new high of $2,535 psf

The sale of a four-bedroom unit at Botanika for $5.32 million, or $2,535 psf, set a new record psf price for the prime District 10 condo which beat a list of other condos that saw new psf-price highs between Aug 22 and 29. This beats the previous high of $2,457 psf achieved in May 2007.

Botanika, a boutique residential development by Premiera Development, is located along Holland Road in District 10. The luxurious 34-unit condo has two- to five-bedders ranging in size from 1,098 to 3,746 sq ft and was completed in 2008.

Pinewood Gardens, a freehold condo along Balmoral Park also saw a new psf-price high after a three-bedder unit was sold for $3.05 million on Aug 25, which works out to $2,443 psf. This surpasses the previous psf-price high of $2,228 psf set in July last year. Pinewood Gardens was developed by City Developments and was completed in 1990, with 149 units ranging in size from 1,227 to 2,099 sq ft.

Bellerive is Sing Holdings’ freehold development located along Keng Chin Road, off Bukit Timah Road in District 10, and has 51 units occupying a land area of 29,439 sq ft. It was completed in 2011 and is in close proximity to the Stevens and Newton MRT Stations and well-established schools. A three-bedroom unit at Bellerive was sold for $3.9 million on Aug 24, setting a new psf-price high at $2,323 psf, exceeding the previous high of $2,192 psf.
