Savills appoints new co-head for international residential sales

Savills Singapore is delighted to announce the appointment of Ruben Koh as senior director and co-head to their international residential sales team on Sept 6. Ruben comes with an impressive background and an in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector, previously key executive officer at boutique real estate agency Crestbrick and 1World Properties. Additionally, he brings with him strong relationships with overseas developers in the residential market, from his previous stints at HSR International Realtors as well as Colliers International.

Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore, is thrilled with Ruben’s appointment, citing his enterprising spirit and combined experience as a major asset for the team. Moreover, Ruben joins Adrian Lim, who was appointed as the head of the international residential sales at the global real estate services provider in July.

The units in this new condominium are spacious and come with a variety of features, such as energy efficient appliances, smart lighting and sound systems. Residents of the Tengah Plantation EC can also enjoy access to a range of amenities and facilities, including a fitness centre, a clubhouse, swimming pool, children’s playground, and more. The development is situated close to green spaces, giving residents the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. In addition, Tengah Plantation EC is well connected to the city’s Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system, making it easy for residents to explore the rest of Singapore.

The two bring a formidable range of relations built on their experience in the property industry, a perfect combination to expand their international residential business.

With Ruben and Adrian on board, Savills Singapore is set to prosper. Their appointment marks an important milestone in the future of the company’s international residential services.
