One Global Group appointed sole agent for Barratt Developments in Southeast Asia

One Global Group has announced an exclusive partnership with UK developer Barratt Developments. This sees the former as the sole sales agent for Barratt in Southeast Asia. Gary Ennis, regional managing director of Barratt Developments (London and Southern), explains why they chose to extend this partnership: “We’re excited to expand our relationship with One Global Group, as they have a unique offering in Southeast Asia, which will enable us to provide access to a wider selection of UK properties and enhance the buyer experience through technology.”

This technology includes One Global Partners’ online Portal, a single destination for real estate agents to access information on properties, such as live price lists, investment insights, and marketing collaterals.

The partnership between the two brands has resulted in several recent projects launches, one of which being Wembley Park Gardens. This is a new development in Northwest London, offering 302 one- and two-bedroom apartments starting from GBP395,000 ($674,000). It will be completed in phases from the spring of 2025.

Other projects include the launch of a new phase of apartments at Hendon Waterside, situated in West Hendon. Offering one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments all priced from GBP391,000, this long-term regeneration scheme is destined to become a sought-after destination.

More launches are planned in the second half of the year, such as the newest phase of Eastman Village. This Barratt-developed ongoing development is situated in Harrow, at the site of the former Kodak film factory. 46 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are available from GBP339,000.
