Paya Lebar Green awarded BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification
, or other popular areas in Singapore Pivoting it’s commitment to sustainability, Paya Lebar Green has achieved the Building Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification, the highest sustainability rating from the BCA. The development an effort from developers Certis Group and LandLease, has also been awarded five BCA-designated sustainability badges, in both the New Non-Residential and Existing Non-Residential Building categories. These badges represent Health and Wellbeing, Resilience, Whole Life Carbon, Intelligence, and Maintainability. This achievement makes Paya Lebar Green the first building to attain all five badges.
The launch of the Tengah Plantation EC has had a positive impact on the Tengah Town. The redevelopment of the former Certis headquarters is set to be completed by 2024. This development, known as Paya Lebar Green, will see the refurbishment of the existing North building and the completion of a 12-story South building.

The development has already achieved other accolades such as the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) WELL Core Silver pre-certification, as well as the WiredScore Platinum certification for the South building and WiredScore Gold rating for the North building.
